On-line orders Placing your order on-line is easy and convenient.

Payment Options for online orders
We accept payment direct into our account with your Name and order number as reference or simply CASH on Delivery...PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES!

Fax/Email orders Our online order system is secured. However, if you prefer not to buy over the internet, you may call  fax your order to +603 8060 6719. You may also can email your order to admin@culinarymaster.com.my.


Operating Hours & Orders Cut Off Times
Monday - Friday: 9am to 6pm and Saturday,  9 am to 1pm  (Close  Sunday)

Payment by Cash,  has to be handed over to our staff upon delivery of the order. If your billing and shipping addresses are different, we will advise you on how you can make payment to us prior to delivery.


Out of Stock Items While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website's accuracy, there are on occasion, instances where certain products sell out. When that occurs, Culinary Master is available to make suggestions. We will email you our recommendations and you can either accept our recommendations or have us replace the items with others you prefer. In cases where you choose not to have substitutions made to your orders, we will simply ship the available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order on your behalf (as applicable).

To ensure that your order is processed in a timely fashion, please review the following information:


Legal Age Requirement For Wine. Wine will be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 18 years old. By placing your order with us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and the person to whom any wine will be delivered is also 18 years old. All wine deliveries require a signature for receipt. Signature must be obtained by individuals over the age of 18 years.


Sales tax. Your order is subject to the prevailing Goods and Services Tax rate.


Email confirmations We will send an email order confirmation to the address specified in your account. Email confirmations are considered a service, and are therefore still delivered to customers who have requested not to receive promotional email messages from us.


Delivery

- Free delivery to all locations within Klang Valley with orders of  RM 250.00 and above.
- A RM 15.00 delivery charge is applicable otherwise.
- Delivery charges are calculated when you check out.
- In instances where one or more items in your order is not available for immediate delivery, we will notify you and offer a substitution recommendation or offer to hold your order until all items are available for delivery.

- In instance you have maid payment already and we out of stock, we will return your payment within 3 working days.

- In the event you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased, you have  2 options, but KEEP ALL GOODS AND PACKING!

1. Return products immidiately to our delivery personnel!

2. Call us and we will send out a sales represantative to attend you!


- Orders are delivered within 2 working days in between 11 am to 6pm, please ensure you or any person of your trust is accepting our delivery to avoid additional charges, as we will charge RM 20.00 only, if we can deliver on the first attempt!


No deliveries will be made on public holidays and Sundays. We will inform you immediately via email or telephone if we expect delays due to reasons such as temporary  out of stock situation.


 Returns Policy We will ensure to deliver quality products and service. Please check products upon delivery!
